1. Go to "My Page" and select "Manage My Page"

2. Select "Email"

3. Check the notifications you want to receive

Get an overview of other activity

To get an overview of activity on the site (no architectural or changes to drop down content, but most other changes ):

1.Click on this link: http://bowegover.ning.com/activity/log/list?fmt=rss
2. Add this link a bookmark on your browser

3.When you scroll over that bookmark you'll get a drop down list of what's new; click on any of the listed updates to jump to it.
