On Sunday 100 Boweners gathered to discuss food: growing it, raising it, sharing it.
The big question of course is how do we start making some of our own stuff?
We have kind, skilled, bright, fun people here and their intentions are good. I intend to give them as much support and take part as much as I can.
Bless you Stu!
Here is a photo that reminded me of what happened Sunday:

Thank you Sally and John! And thanks to everyone that came and contributed. (So many people to thank!) What a great turn out and great session on Sunday. Definitely feel there is a significant amount of shared enthusiasm in the community for these ideas and initiatives right now. A lot of the ideas aren't new, of course, but talking about them in a forum where there is so much cross-pollination was really exciting. Head is swimming a bit with all of the activity. There seems to be consensus to keep BAA alive and unite a bunch of this work under that umbrella. So expect to see some updates both here on BIO and over on the BAA site (moving towards www.BowenAgAlliance.ca) in the near future.
